Gift Aid Declaration

Make your donation go 25% further at no extra cost to you. For every £1 you give, we can claim an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs.

A quick note: you need to have paid enough UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations. If you pay less tax than the amount claimed, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. This form is for UK taxpayers only.
